Once we receive confirmation that the description of our property is accurate we can begin to start and market your property.

Advertising

Your property will be advertised on our website, in our office and we occasionally advertise in local press.  You could also benefit from our attractive Sale Boards if you agree to us erecting this outside your Home.

Feedback

Following every viewing, we will contact the possible Buyer for feedback which will be relayed back to yourself so you know if they were interested or not.

Viewings

All viewing have to be made by telephone appointment.  We would never release your number to anyone unless requested. 

Offers

All offers will be communicated at the earliest opportunity.

Negotiations

We will negotiate the sale of your property on your behalf, keeping you informed at every stage. 

Progress of Sale

A S Moon and Partners will monitor all aspects of your sale from acceptance to offer to legal completion.  Even when the sale is negotiated we will always be available to help to ensure that the sale goes through smoothly.
